Move better.
Get stronger.

In-person training & virtual coaching

Personal coaching that starts with how you move, then builds strength around your goals, limitations, and real life.

Coach AJ smiling

My approach goes beyond basic corrective exercises — it’s about strategic exercise selection within training sessions so that the correctives actually work, and the client knows & feels the value in what they signed up for.

By integrating corrective principles into performance-focused programs, and individualized programming, I have experience working with the general population, athletes, elderly, busy professionals and teens with special needs.

I help clients achieve lasting improvements in movement, performance, and overall quality of life so they can enjoy what they want to do in life.

The approach

Train.

Sustain.

Build a strong foundation, put it to work, and keep progressing with a plan that adapts to your life.

A

Train with intention

Start with an assessment of your goals and movement, then develop strength through a plan built for you.

B

Perform with confidence

Apply that strength to the movements and activities that matter to you, with clear guidance on what to do, when to do it, and how to do it.

C

Sustain your progress

Keep adapting your training so your gains support you over the long term.

Movement notes

Learn the why
behind the work.

If you're going to do it, do it now. Don't wait for 'someday' to come.

Training principle

Progress is more than weight

More control, a useful range of motion, and consistent reps can be meaningful progress before you add load.

Movement quality

Let the target muscle work

If you need to twist, shrug, or swing to finish a rep, reduce the load and reclaim the movement.

Long-term strength

Capacity is built gradually

Choose a starting level you can repeat well, then increase the challenge as you adapt.
